Delivery

Products sold at danielk.com are limited in stock. After doing inventory control, if the products cannot be provided because of stock-out customers will be informed and the payment will be returned.

All products sold at danielk.com are supplied from our Store and sent by cargo within 4 days. Estimated time of arrival is predicted within 1 up to 4 business days for Istanbul deliveries that are sent by cargo and 3 to 5 business days for other countries. The cargo company will deliver your order -on working days – between 09.00-18.00 to your chosen address. Please check our Distance Sales Contract for detailed information about delivery.

The products you have purchased from danielk.com are delivered free of charge.

The products you placed an order at danielkshop.com are delivered free of charge by our contracted courier company DHL Kargo.

Our distribution network is limited to DHL Kargo company. Currently orders are delivered by DHL Cargo to anywhere in Worldwide with micro-export.

Estimated time of your order will be within 3-5 working days for other Countries to your chosen address. If you cannot be found at delivery address on the day of arrival, the cargo company will leave an advice note to your door and your order will be delivered to the distribution office of the cargo company.

When the cargo is delivered to you, if there is any crush, deformation, wetness or damage on the package, open the box and check the condition of your products together with the deliveryman. If your products get damaged, do not receive them and ask the deliveryman to take the statement down. These products will be sent to danielkshop.com by the cargo company and will be exchanged by us.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been delivered to the shipment, you can send your request by e-mail (info@danielkshop.com). After your order cancellation request has been approved, you will get a credit card refund if you paid by credit card. Refunds vary depending on the processing system of your bank. We request you to follow the situations through your bank.

Return & Exchange

  1. Our essential principle is to make you happy after shopping at danielkshop.com. If you want to return your product, we will be happy to help you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.
    1. The products that their invoice date is not more than 30 days, product protection tape has not been opened, being resalable, the labels have not been used and ripped off can be returned to the address below ,with all the accessories, by filling out the form. Refunds that do not comply with the terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be arranged for you to pay upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible without doing any damage while receiving them and for nonconforming products send a refund as specified above.
    2. You can send with DHL Kargo.
